Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products and alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened bottles of spirits
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items that show signs of tampering

Important Notice

For safety and legal compliance, all returned alcohol products must have their original seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these standards or show evidence of improper storage.

Return Process

  2. Await Authorization: Our Liverpool-based team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item(s) in their original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 73 Houghton St, Liverpool, GB L1Q 1VG using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the returned items within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
